Product Description

Particulate scrubbers known as dust scrubbers is used for the removal of pollutant particles that the industries release into the environment. The requirements that are needed to remove the particulates depends on the application.

Working:

This particulate scrubber is designed such that the air is accelerated into a wetted throat section. Because of the high velocity of air the liquid breaks into tiny droplets. These droplets collides with the particulates that needs to be scrubbed. The impacted particulates are scrubbed into the sump where they get settled down and removed as sludge. Droplets that are en-trained with air is passed through mist eliminator.
